I may start only weighing myself once a week because your body fluctuates from day to day and I don’t want to get discouraged about a 2 tenths of a pound increase. Looking back at my last weeks weight it’s a win-win for me.😅
182.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
