Today I feel like I'm breaking all my personal records. I lost one (1) kg of weight in only one (1) day after eating a three (3) course menu in a restaurant yesterday! (Only) one (1) kg to go, to reach my first overall goal. But I am already thinking to define a next goal. This new goal is to aim exactly in the middle of the healthy zone of my BMI chart. That is 70 kg, which means for that goal i have 10 kg more to go officious. Of course it is not official yet, so I am still on my way to my first overall goal, which gives me more time to think about a possible next one...
