Hi All. I'm quite new to FS and trying to understand the calorie calculation used? If I for example compare the Kj information for a product vs FS, it shows on FS I am actually taking in way less kjs than what the suggestion portion is of the product. And this is not using the pro-rata scale when eating a smaller portion. I'm just concerned I might be taking in more macros than what is suggested by FS. I previously used Fitbit, and just for breakfast I would've been close to 900kj. Eating the same bfast, FS states I'm eating about 300kjs.
