it's seems "interesting " that one day I magically go up 3 lbs then a few days later, back down 2 lbs. with no calorie splurges...seems weird.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
