Haven't been doing enough exercising since the Boston trip, and I ate (and drank) a ton over the weekend. I think I'll get back to 118 pretty quickly, but I really want to make some progress after that. I'm refocusing on CarbLovers this week; doing 30 day shred every morning and cutting out chocolate and alcohol. Let's get back on track!
