Damn this hurts. Gaining this single kilogram after taking a good 2 or 3 months to drop it is tough. Back to tracking anders hopefully staying in a small deficit to get back to 57 again.
128.3 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
