1 week into the religious fast for the month of Ramadaan and I'm finally losing again! Just 300g away from my goal weight. Hopefully I'll be able to lose a bit more in the next 3 weeks so that I have some wiggle room. Never thought I'd see this weight again , thought I was getting too old, too tired, too busy, any excuse in the book. Now I have more energy and feeling great!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
