weight trainimg worked gained at first then stopped running for 2 days and lost 0.8 lbs on third day ran again, Oh ate like a pig on Easter !!!
169.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
