After weeks of weight-stall, a simple reduction of 10% somehow made me drop two pounds in one week. Perhaps it was water, I don't know. Regardless, did my cluster sets for RDL yesterday and did amazingly, although I did notice a lot more fatigue. I'm curious to see how I perform in the next two weeks with the wave-loading.
