Attitude is everything. Berating yourself every time you go off track & gain is pointless in my opinion. I noticed in a previous journal entry that you said life happened & you weren't being diligent about your diet & exercise. Accept that you chose to make your weight loss a lower priority & take responsibility for that. Guess what...this is the consequence of that choice. If you don't want it to happen again, make it a higher priority & stop making excuses. If this is something you want, you WILL make it work, no matter what life brings you.
