Another pound down, but also still not well. Starting to slowly feel better, as actually starting to do some housework today. 😂 Long may the pounds come off but hoping to be back to my normal self soon. 🤞🤞
130.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
