Since I'm now in training for a marathon my mileage has
increased dramatically. I did 3 hours today on the treadmill for a total of 13 miles running and walking. 75 -13 = 62 miles Left for the month.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
