Knew this week was going to kill me. Didn't know it was going to kill me that much, or that it was even POSSIBLE to gain 7 lbs in 3 days, especially considering that I walked probably 3 miles on Wednesday. Weight is weird. Hoping it all drops off quickly now that I'm getting back on the plan.
