I have been doing reasonably well. I've walk everyday this week for 20 min during my lunch break and did Zumba 4 days this week for atleast 30 min.
My challenge is the weekend to not over eat and to try and fit some type of fun exercise in.
I am also challenging myself to stay with in my calorie intake next week and drink more water.
