I have had two bad weeks. I seen to lose my motivation. I have to start a new way of thinking. I start this because of the motivation I got from my grandson he loss 75 pounds and he look great .So today is a new day ✨️
296.1 lb Lost so far: 31.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
