well not a good week for me .So I have to do better 😪 if I really what to make my goal. I have to work on getting down to the first goal and when that happens I will start on the next 25lb's But till then I have to work on my first goal 😅
294.8 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
