didnt loose anything this week, I am exercising more so dont quite understand that.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Muscle weighs more than fat and your body retains water when you first start to exercise. Don't worry about it. It will happen in bunches.

thank you for the words of encouragement. I feel great and my clothes are getting looser, even tho the pounds are not dropping right at the moment.

Looks like you have some of the same history as me. I joined in 2009 at 200 and now back at it starting at 229. I tell ya, weight is a battle for me. but I love the new Weight Watchers plan!!! I am gonna do this!!!
