My weight loss is at a stand still 😞😞😞
219.8 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

this could be due to your body being in routine. your body is a very clever thing and knows how much energy to store on the daily. surprise yourself and out of the blue do 10 push ups and 10 situps every 2 hours and see what will happen if you're in calorie deficit!!
