NOT expecting this one! I literally leapt off the scale when I saw it. I expected to lose half a pound. I did really poorly on Friday and Saturday nights, so this is really, really shocking! Woohoo!
I need to be on top of my recording. I did so well in the beginning but that's when I was really excited about all this and a little less busy. I've been more busy at work and in my social life and that's just killed any remaining time I have. That must change. This week's goal is to make sure I record every day. I had one day not recorded two weeks ago and two days this week...that can't happen again.
