I haven't weighed myself in months, so I'm happy to have pretty much maintained my weight! That makes it a lot easier for me to get going with a deficit again now that varsity is up and running. Hopefully I can reach my goal soon, and adjust it to set a new one!
243.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
