Having achieved my goal of attaining race weight for my half marathon was an important achievement for me, especially having performed so well in my race. It is critical that I don't have a let down after such a satisfying achievement. It is so easy to let yourself go at this point.
I will celebrate my success but hope to maintain a certain level of discipline and control.

I am happy for you, I am doing a 10 k race on June 28 after a broken heel and 215 pounds last January. Today I ran 10 k and I am 184. So happy for my accomplishment as well.
