I really have to get back to my weight loss plan I'm getting to be unhappy with myself gaining this much since fall. I didn't work this hard at changing my habits to end up not changing anything in the end:(
165.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
