Today went for a hike, burnt a wooping 800calories.

I am tired, but great to have invested time for my body.

My body is exhausted bcoz i started skipping rope Thursday 13 January.
177.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
