Last week me and my mom started using "TurboFire" as our daily workout routine. So Far we love it, and just in 3 days I lost almost 5 lbs. I have REALLY been watching what I eat, drinking water (no soda) and really trying to do as much of the workout as I possibly can. We LOVE it!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ive seen this on tv, and really want to try this! maybe i should!! but i feel silly doing this front of my bf or my kids because they're gonna start cracking up at me haha

I was nervous about doing it too but my daughter actually enjoys doing it with me and my mom. My brother even walked into the room while we were doing it once and we just kept on going. Its harder than it looks so if people really wanna laugh, tell them to get up and try it themselves lol. Its really fun and once u do it, u realize its just mostly boxing....kinda like a dance too. U should really try it!! Im sure u will love it! U definently feel it!
