These last pounds hard ... Not become discouraged ...
207.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dont become discouraged your doing a great Job JD. Theres gonna be times when you get stuck on a weight for as much as a week. But keep your head up it will drop!
