I maintained and even lost over the 4th, and I wasn't a saint either, I just made sure I was extra strict on the days surrounding, so the damage was minimal. Now if I add exercise back in (been too busy for the last 2 weeks) I should keep moving down. I know how to be successful now, and I can even have a cheat day every week! :)
156.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
