obiettivi 2022:
-mantenere peso
-palestra 2/3 volte alla settimana
-non calcolare le kcal
-mangiare più varietà verdure e legumi
-diminuire consumo carne e pesce
-non avere paura di mangiare "sporco".
99.6 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
