Did the YWCA indoor triathlon today. Swim (600 yd - 12 laps) in 11:50. Transition 1 in 2:15. Bike (10 mile) in 37:47. Transition 2 in 0:11. Run (2 miles - 18 laps on first floor track) in 26:11.
It was a very slow bike and run. I was keeping a faster pace on the bike, but felt like I'd vomit. My joints didn't bother me a bit!
