I'm back on the wagon - went to water aerobics last night and it felt amazing to be out engaging in life and feelings my muscles respond to the demands place on them. Totally going back tomorrow!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
