Went to dinner last night with the group from Klamath Food, Fun & Friends. Went to Biagios and had Ahi Tuna and tried Cannoli for the first time. It was delicious. We had a really great time and I didn't overdo it. Left feeling comfortable but not over stuffed, which can often happen when you eat out.

Was seriously thinking of stopping to get wine on the way home, but just told myself I didn't need it. And that was that!!!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 70.3 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
