To think that 5 years ago I was upset at weighing 66.2kg, and now I'm thinking "yay, I've lost so much weight" at over 1kg heavier. Shows what toxic stress can do to a person. At least that's all behind me and my journey back to health and a decent weight is clearly on track.

Hi Tess. I'm on the same page as you. Three years ago I thought I was fat when I moved up to 68kg, now I'm so happy to be back down to 68. My 1st goal is to teach 65 and then hopefully 62 thereafter. I'm also just calorie counting and trying to walk more often. So far, so good. Good luck on your journey.

Yup... 5 years ago I got to my lowest and had a BMI of 16 (43kg) and I still thought I was fat. And now I just think how unhealthy, skinny and unhappy I was. Now I'll be happy with 50kg!
