Feel good today! Woke up at 4:00 am to pee which is unusual for me. Its getting easier, the cravings have definitely gone down! Day SIX!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes!! Good for you! The cravings start out pretty early but the good part is they go away fast if you're following the program thoroughly. Great job!
