Meh! Water weight fluctuations can cause big drops. If you are retaining water and then your body let's it go, you may see a big drop. Place an object you know the weigh of (like hand weights) and put it on scale. It will show you the scales accuracy. Always keep scale in same place (hard, level surface). Flooring effects scale. Always weigh the same scale, same time, same clothes, same everything for the most accurate gauge of weight loss. Also understand that our bodies are made up of 60% water and the scale will fluctuate hourly. Factors like sodium, exercise, sickness, inflammation, stress, ect. all effect the scale.
