That is 2 stone off since I joined you lovely people in July. 2 bra sizes smaller and my belt is 3 notches tighter. I do get stuck for 2 or 3 weeks at a time but my achy hips keep reminding me to reduce the load they have to bear!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
