I havent been able to log my food lately.. however, Ive obviously been doing okay by not doing so. With this website.. I learned what foods are okay with points, and which arent. So.. with all that in memory, Ive been able to stick to the diet the way I should. Dont get me wrong, I am getting my small endulgences once in awhile.. but they are included in my points. So.. I feel Im doing just what I intended to do.. get healthy, lose weight, and watch what I eat!!! Woohoo!! Go ME!!
