Had a VERY BAD weekend! We spent both days at my in-laws and parent's respectfully and ate like crap both days. My in-laws had Mexican food with a lot of other bad things, oh yeah, we had scones in the morning. Then ate just as bad or worse at my parent's house. My mother made lamb for dinner. That was very good but I doubt I will ever have it again. My wife as an aversion to eating anything that is a baby. I see her point and concede it. Anyway, today has been better but not by much, I seem to have fallen into my old eating habits again for a short time and need to fix it quick. Wish me luck.
228.4 lb Lost so far: 66.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
