tough vaca. Didnt have normal work outs 5 days a week. Had a terrible head cold and fever, didnt work out, grandfather passed away. now i just need to get back onto the horse. I'm sad, but not upset because i have worked out 5/6 x a week nonstop for months now and I know i'm just going to improve more now with outside trainning coming.
137.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
