I found myself very hungry last night after dinner and before bed. I had some colby/chedder cheese stick and an apple. I know I know the apple was bad but my body was telling me to EAT it..... so I gave it and ate it! However, on a positive note, I have noticed due to the high fat intake I do go the bathroom after EVERY meal now just like our bodies were designed to do! Perhaps that is why I lost 2 pounds in one day. Not to mention the water bombs! I promise to do better today with my eating!

An apple is a good choice. It has so many nutrients and important fiber. No one ever got fat from an apple, lol. But I know you are on Atkins, so may not be the best choice for induction, but it shouldn't effect the scale.
