Better week this week. Feeling fitter. Doing a bit more weight training.
Haven't cut my hair since starting the diet, and it's getting a bit out of control now. I feel like I can't cut it until I hit my target weight... but don't want hair down my back!
A bit worried that they took my blood pressure at the gym and it was very high. Even after losing 2 stone. Just got to keep plugging away each week and hope the blood pressure comes down with my waistline.
