Guys my weekly goal smashed and it's only Thursday 😍💪🏼💪🏼 (to be under 75) my BMI IS FINALLY 29.6 out of the obese group and into the overweight group 💪🏼❤️🎉🎉🎉🎉
164.9 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
