I honestly haven't been as hungry lately, maybe because of portion control? idk, I find myself craving less, which is awesome! ヽ( ᐖゞ)
306.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 146.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
