All things considered, not a bad jump. At a TON of salty potato chips. Surprised my water retention is so low! Will be back on track starting tomorrow...LAST 9 days! Better make them count...
134.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
