Progress has slowed down but I am now wearing the jeans I bought 2 years ago then promptly grew out of. My belt is 2 notches tighter and I have dropped 2 bra sizes. All good news for my poor hip joints.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
