For my reward for getting to goal weight and getting fit by next year, I am booking to hike the Otter trail. This has been on my bucket list forever and I can't wait to get started on my exercise program.
216.1 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
