Starting today At my Heaviest. Having so much weight related pains all over my body. NO MORE EXCUSES NO MORE REGRETS
260.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 106.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Strongs, also started yesterday. Never weight this much. Together we can do this. I do intermittent fasting with the calorie counting.
