Kak turun 57kg dalam jangka waktu 1 tahun keren bangettt 😍 boleh share ga kak menu meal plannya waktu BB masih 150an sama WO nya apa aja waktu itu ?

aku gaada meal plan sih waktu dulu ituu, cuma kurangin gorengan dan santan , gula dll gituu, makan jangan dibawah bmr yang penting masih didalam kalori defisit. untuk olga aku cardio dan angkat beban
