Morning 8.5. Another good weekend food choice wise, no issues there. But I've got no idea why my FBG stays so high. Will keep going now as I'm almost in a new routine
173.1 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
