It is hard to stay on track when everyone else is eating all those pastries and Burgers. Its getting easier just have to have my snacks so I don't get hungry and get tempted.
133.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try and feel proud of yourself with how much willpower you have over everyone else. I count how many days its been since I've had something unhealthy and that makes me feel really awesome. Keep it up =)
