After a week of family visiting and making new good memories .. I’m thankful it has just been a small uptick.
I am very near my goal but will try to go a few pounds lower so I can maintain my weight between 152-155lbs.
155.9 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
