I know yesterday was a rest day, but I spent all day sanding, mudding, and painting the house. Don't know where that extra pound came from. Must be all those carbs...
Anyways, more painting and sanding today, and then yoga. This week is recovery week with ab focus. I'm just hoping I'm not too tired to go through with it by the end of the day.
